Extended Triangle Pose (sanskrit Utthita Trikonasana)

Benefits
- Improves spine flexibility
- Stretches thighs, hamstrings, calves
- Therapeutic for flat feet, osteoporosis and sciatica
- Helps with backache 
- Improves balancing

Contraindications
- Diarrhea
- Low and High blood pressure (don't turn your head, keep it centralize)
- Neck injuries (don't turn your head)

Variations
- Use a block for palm
- Keep upper arm on your hips, which will help you to open your chest
- Try this posture near the wall
